Stantec and Department of Defence (Army) Sign Landmark Staff Secondment Agreement

Stantec has signed an important Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Department of Defence (Army) marking the launch of a unique staff secondment program.
The MoU enables an ongoing six-month staff exchange between Ãë²¥ and Defence, with host locations alternating between Sydney and Brisbane. This initiative presents an opportunity for Defence to enhance team development and offers Ãë²¥'s employees valuable consulting experience within a Defence setting.

The first exchange under this agreement involves a Captain from the 19 Chief Engineer Works team joining Ãë²¥¡¯s maritime design team. Concurrently, Ãë²¥¡¯s Senior Bridge Engineer, Angus Murray, is seconded to Defence, offering his Ãë²¥ and gaining first-hand experience in Defence operations.
