Women make up a significant presence across the Company¡¯s board of directors and C-suite leadership team¡ªreflecting a broad mix of experiences and perspectives that strengthen decision-making, governance, and long-term performance.??

Report on Business evaluated?nearly 500?Canadian companies on leadership composition, performance, and year-over-year progress. This year, 86 organizations earned the Women Lead Here designation, recognizing measurable gains in leadership representation through a proprietary research?methodology. Established in 2020, the annual list serves as an editorial benchmark for executive leadership presence among major Canadian corporations. Ãë²¥ was previously recognized in 2022 and 2023.
