With its broad infrastructure experience, Ãë²¥ has long been an accredited AEO for .? With the acquisition of Wood & Grieve Engineers Ãë²¥ has been able to broaden its accreditation and on 1 May, TfNSW announced its recognition of Ãë²¥ as an (AEO) for ¡®Buildings Services, SCADA, Acoustics, Structure, Civil, BIM, Fire and Life Safety, and Sustainability¡¯.
This accreditation verifies Ãë²¥¡¯s capability and excellence in providing specialist buildings engineering services to the community in addition to its established infrastructure offering to TfNSW.
The AEO accreditation allowed Ãë²¥¡¯s to successfully deliver:
- The Transport Access Program ¨C Tranche 3, in 2019 which saw the Ãë²¥ team undertake scoping designs for nine station accessibility upgrades.
- More Trains, More Services (stage 2) which the team has recently (April 2020) been awarded.
By working with Ãë²¥, TfNSW will have access to skilled local teams supporting projects from concept-design through to construction with the support of Ãë²¥¡¯s global range of experts.
TfNSW¡¯s Asset Standards Authority (ASA) promotes best practice and the growth of engineering capability and capacity within industry through the authorisation of organisations to effectively provide engineering services on the NSW rail network.
