Stantec, a global integrated design firm, has announced the promotion of two leaders in the firm¡¯s Buildings practice. Rachel Bannon-Godfrey?and Kevin Merrikin have been named vice presidents as the firm recognizes their commitment to leadership and growth.
Rachel Bannon-Godfrey
Bannon-Godfrey is the global sustainability discipline leader and leader of the firm¡¯s Carbon Impact team. With a steady focus on advocacy and client service, her influence and leadership extends across North America, the UK, India, and Australia. As a key contributor to cross-BOU sustainability strategies, Bannon-Godfrey represents Ãë²¥ at the AIA Large Firm Roundtable Sustainability Committee and is actively engaged in Ãë²¥¡¯s Inclusion and Diversity initiatives ¨C where she connects the concepts of sustainability and equity.
She is a strong voice for Ãë²¥ Buildings within the sustainable design community. Bannon-Godfrey brings high levels of integrity, passion, and thought leadership while representing Ãë²¥ within the industry.
Kevin Merrikin
Merrikin was recently named discipline lead for Engineering where he has created a strong vision and momentum for Ãë²¥¡¯s Buildings engineering disciplines focused on achieving design and discipline excellence, QA/QC, and promotion of thought leadership. Bringing 25 years of Ãë²¥ in designing science & tech and biotech facilities, he actively works to integrate Ãë²¥ engineering teams across the global Buildings practice.
Merrikin also combines technical excellence, client commitment, and collaborative leadership style to drive growth and results for Ãë²¥¡¯s high-performance, integrated design practice.
