Buenos Aires

A cosmopolitan city and the capital of Argentina, Buenos Aires is often called the Paris of South America. Buenos Aires buzzes with a cultural richness that touches every aspect of life: from the inventive tastes of local food to fashion, theatre, and more, there¡¯s a new experience around every corner in this port city.

The Torre Mirafiori office building is located on the main artery of Buenos Aires, the impressive Avenida 9 de Julio, and framed by both the Obelisk and the emblematic Teatro Col¨®n (considered one of the best opera houses in the world for its acoustics). Erected in the 60s, the Torre Mirafiori was one of the first Buenos Aires office buildings to be built to that size, with a fully-glazed fa?ade characterized by its horizontal stripes that alternate blue glass with anodized diamond-tipped aluminum sheets. On the 5th floor we find our team¡ªin the center of the capital of a country in which we have worked for almost five decades without interruption.

We deliver a range of services, with specialized knowledge in waterpower, dams, and mining. Right now, we¡¯re designing one of the largest hydropower projects in Argentina and working to modernize another. We¡¯re using building information modeling (BIM) software for these projects, which means our clients will achieve their sustainable energy goals in a cost- and time-efficient manner.

We care about our own sustainability too. We separate our waste, participate in the city¡¯s Sustainable Mobility campaign to promote cycling to work, and support the Ecobricks campaign to use our discarded plastic to build homes for people in need. It¡¯s just one of a number of community initiatives we¡¯re proud to support.
