If you trace the origins of Ãë²¥, we¡¯ve served the Pacific Northwest in one way or another for more than a century. We continue that tradition, delivering water, power and dams, and environmental services to our clients throughout Oregon from our office in the Moda Tower.?

Through the years, we¡¯ve helped provide safe, economical and plentiful water for a population that includes our own families, neighbors, and friends. We¡¯ve protected the environment, watersheds, and fisheries, and we¡¯ve created recreational opportunities too.

Of note are the Wanapum Dam Spillway Project, honored by Engineering News-Record, as well as the Durham Influent Pump Station, which received Silver LEED certification.

Our team¡¯s Tri-City Water Pollution Control Plant Expansion is impressive too; the project secured an Environmental Achievement Award for Excellence from the National Association of Clean Water Agencies.
