Firas oversees growth, client relationships, and delivery excellence for Ãë²¥ in British Columbia. He provides solutions for clients in our airports, rail and transit, ports and marine, roadways, community development, and bridges sectors, leading a multidisciplinary team of 200 professionals.
With a background in systems engineering, Firas provides strategic leadership for our systems engineering and system assurance initiatives, overseeing positioning, governance, and application across major client frameworks and delivery models. He provides senior oversight on transportation programs, including transit operations and maintenance facilities, mission-critical control centers, and rail integration.
A true seller-doer at heart, Firas is passionate about people and culture and works closely with sector leaders, account managers, and leadership to align strategy, performance, and culture.
Outside of work, Firas is an enthusiastic private pilot. He enjoys spending time with his young family, engaging in activities such as camping and paddle boarding, and occasionally participating in barbecues with colleagues and clients in the scenic surroundings of British Columbia.?
