Audrey believes that communities need affordable access to clean water to truly thrive, It¡¯s why she has dedicated herself to providing utilities and other public sector clients with the services they need for sustainable, equitable, and long-term functioning water systems.
As a financial analyst, Audrey conducts cost-of-service and rate studies for designing financial plans that support operational stability and revenue sufficiency while promoting the economic well-being of the communities that utilities serve. She also works on economic impact and cost-benefit analyses for projects such as renewable energy storage, water infrastructure investment, and environmental resource management.
Audrey¡¯s favorite way to spend her time is exploring the mountains of the North Cascades with her friends and rescue dog, Bowie.
