She works with internal and external clients to help them recognize the impact public relations (PR) has on brand positioning, project pursuits, talent retention, and other strategic initiatives.

She embraces the idea that communication can spark dialogue, encourage action, and catalyze positive change.
Susan is inspired by the impact design can have on how we live, work, and play. One of the efforts she¡¯s most proud of was helping our practitioners share how design can evolve to meet the new standards of safety and resilience during the pandemic and beyond.
When she isn¡¯t busy in the world of PR, Susan continues her creativity through graphic design, crafting, knitting, and calligraphy.
