Troy brings a rare blend of technical Ãë²¥ and leadership to his role overseeing our Buildings team. He¡¯s involved in project delivery, financial performance, and client relationships across the region, while still rolling up his sleeves as a principal electrical engineer.
Especially passionate about healthcare and aged care projects, Troy enjoys working on projects where the impact on community wellbeing is immediate and meaningful. He specializes in mission-critical power systems, energy monitoring, and sustainable design. A standout project for Troy involved working on a 6 Green Star rated waste management headquarters¡ªa mixed-use site where he led services design and helped customize the rating tool, achieving internationally recognized results. Among the first Green Star NZ Accredited Professionals, Troy continues to foster energy-efficient solutions that balance performance with budget.
Away from his leadership and electrical engineering work, Troy¡¯s a dedicated dad and a keen surfer, always chasing the next good wave.
