With nearly 20 years of experience, Jaime draws upon her knowledge of the industry to advise on and lead the delivery of key program elements, including program mobilization efforts, and support strategic growth of project and construction management service offerings. She has led startup components for multiple programs to develop program processes and procedures for the program management plan. She provides guidance on contract management, project delivery, reporting and key performance indicators, and project management in support of ongoing programs.
Jaime¡¯s program delivery experience includes multiple years working in an integrated client and consultant program management office for the Pure Water San Diego Program. This experience has given her a unique understanding of programmatic delivery and the importance of working directly alongside clients to successfully deliver some of the largest, most complex programs in North America.
When she isn¡¯t growing our Project and Construction Management group, or walking her dogs, Jaime enjoys cooking meals from around the world.
