Carlos is an electro-mechanical engineer with 30 years of experience in hydropower projects with a focus on hydraulic turbine mechanical design and major hydropower mechanical equipment. He works on large-scale global projects¡ªnot only on the design phase, but during equipment manufacturing, erection installation, and commissioning.
Carlos possesses an in-depth knowledge of the design, execution, and construction methodologies of power generation. He¡¯s also aware of the structural design conditions of power generation equipment, as well as how it interacts with the civil structures of each project.
