With a deep commitment to public and environmental health, Carmella leads and supports the design of water, wastewater, and stormwater treatment and conveyance systems for municipal clients. In her roles as project engineer, technical lead, and manager, she guides an interdisciplinary team through the development of technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates. Her leadership extends through construction and start-up phases.
Driven by a desire to serve the most disadvantaged members of her community, Carmella views her work as a vital contribution to environmental justice. Her love of nature fuels her dedication to protecting waterways and creating safer, more enjoyable environments for all. Her project portfolio includes everything from small-scale studies to $100 million collaborative design-build greenfield treatment plants, with a particular focus on pump station and treatment plant design.
Carmella enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two children. At home, they share a love for puzzles, board games, and Dungeons and Dragons with friends.
