In the last decade, the one lesson that stood out to Ken as part of our Program and Construction Management group was the need to listen¡ªto what a client wants, and to what the team needs.
For Ken, projects with aggressive timelines have been where he earned his stripes. The Walmart Corget program, where multiple Ãë²¥ sectors came together to meet timelines that were unheard of in the North American retail sector; the Humber River Hospital pursuit that required a Ãë²¥ team gel quickly and work cleverly to meet the schedule; and the Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort, the largest commercial project in the country¡ªall delivered on time.
Since Ken joined the Ãë²¥ team in 2002, his job as a program and project manager has gone from working hands-on alongside the client, to providing advice and guidance to clients¡ªboth external and internal¡ªat key intervals of a project.?
