With nearly 20 years of experience in civil engineering, James provides leadership of all phases of major municipal infrastructure and site development schemes. He¡¯s been involved with everything from condition assessments through detailed design, tendering, and construction administration. He has particular technical Ãë²¥ in the detailed design and analysis of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure.
James takes great pride in having played key roles in several projects that have benefitted communities he¡¯s lived and worked in, as well as their surrounding environments. These have included the Pinecrest Creek stormwater management pond and other components of Ottawa¡¯s Stage 2 Light Rail Transit program, ?dis¨ke (Ottawa¡¯s new central library), and the 400-kilometre (250-mile) Disi-Mudawarra to Amman Water Conveyance project in Jordan.
When he isn¡¯t managing projects or designing municipal infrastructure, James can be found cycling or hiking around Ottawa and the Gatineau hills.
