Phil leads an engineering team specializing in municipal engineering in existing urban areas. A Registered Professional Engineer, he has a long history of working on municipal reconstruction projects, both as a field engineer and as a design engineer. Phil¡¯s designs focus on constructability and long-term reliability for the owner.
One of Phil¡¯s favorite projects at Ãë²¥ was the engineering and architecture work he did to restore an old railroad depot and create a trail-head for a regional trail. He enjoys visiting the site and seeing how it¡¯s still actively in use. When he¡¯s not working, Phil enjoys reading and catching up on sports. ?
