A sociologist and urban planner, Paul has over 20 years of experience as a consultant, advisor, and entrepreneur in urban design¡ªhalf of which he has spent in leadership and management roles. He¡¯s passionate about emerging trends in urban planning and urban resilience.
Throughout his career, Pascal has developed a deep understanding of the needs of public, private, and community organizations, contributing to real estate development and land use planning projects across Qu¨¦bec. His pragmatic approach and Ãë²¥ have made him a trusted voice in urban development throughout the province.
A proud member of the Pekuakamiulnuatsh First Nation, Pascal is also deeply involved in his community. He currently serves as chair of the Board of Directors at the Native Montreal Friendship Centre, which provides services that support the health, autonomy, and success of Indigenous community members across the Greater Montreal area.
