A licensed civil engineer, Giovanna has experience with commercial and residential land development, education, permitting, land use approvals, and construction management. Currently, she focuses on municipal engineering designs and permitting for utility infrastructure projects. She also serves as the office leader for our West Chester office.
Looking to help municipalities manage their public facilities and services, Giovanna has been engaged with municipal policy and planning for the design, construction, and maintenance of private development and local government projects. She has also been involved with inspections to determine deficiencies in public works and worked within regulatory environments, helping clients to obtain permitting for subdivision and land development projects.
Away from the world of municipal engineering and permitting, Giovanna enjoys cooking, traveling, gardening, and being at the Jersey Shore.
