Kim is the technical area coordinator for our Ontario Atmospheric Sciences team and is our representative for the Ontario Air Practitioners group. Her job? She¡¯s responsible for keeping clients up to date with evolving regulatory requirements.
Kim has completed numerous Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling (ESDM) reports for a diverse range of clients including many types of manufacturing and industrial facilities and municipalities. She¡¯s been involved with several short and long-term ambient air monitoring programs for industrial and municipal operations as well as a brownfield remediation project. She also works with industrial clients to obtain approval of Site-Specific Standards as well as develop and implement Action Plans to reduce off-property contaminant concentrations.
Outside of work Kim is a leader with the Girl Guides of Canada and enjoys planning and participating in outings and activities.? Kim has also volunteered as a guest speaker/facilitator within various Girl Guide units to promote science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) through hands-on experiments and challenges.
