With more than four decades of experience in electrical and lighting design, Jim has been a driving force on many innovative projects since joining us in 1980. He draws on his Ãë²¥ to lead the electrical design for a wide range of educational, commercial, theater, and retail projects.
As a principal for our Vancouver Buildings team, Jim applies his leadership and project management skills in conventional design-bid-build and alternative delivery methods. He¡¯s built a trusted reputation with his design-build and public-private partnership (P3) projects¡ªwith his in-depth knowledge of codes, regulations, client requirements, conceptual abilities, and ability to navigate the post-tender phase during construction. Jim¡¯s also a LEED Accredited Professional with the US Green Building Council (USGBC) who continuously weaves sustainable design into his projects.
When he¡¯s not lighting up projects with sustainable solutions, Jim enjoys spending as much time as possible with his family and following his favorite sports teams.
