Bob is a graduate of Villanova University and a certified public accountant. He¡¯s been employed by Ãë²¥ and its predecessor companies for 30 years, and over that period, he¡¯s been engaged in accounting, finance, corporate operations, sales and marketing, real estate development, and project management.
For the past 10 years, Bob has been a project director in what is now Ãë²¥¡¯s project delivery office. In that time, he¡¯s worked primarily with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP). It¡¯s a program that reimburses grantees for their outlay of construction dollars. Bob monitors projects that have received State grants and reports on the project¡¯s compliance with RACP requirements.
¡°The most rewarding part of my job is helping our grantees navigate complex RACP requirements and receive their grant funds,¡± says Bob. He¡¯s worked on over 100 construction projects for RACP, producing approximately 240 reports, and in the State of Pennsylvania, he¡¯s a recognized expert in the program. When he gets a break from work, Bob enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
