Through systems thinking, collaboration, and design-driven leadership, she works closely with clients and teams on how projects are approached¡ªaligning goals, clarifying priorities, and embedding performance mindsets across disciplines to advance long-term value, human experience, and resilience.
Jill spent a year working as a non-profit architect in India, where she realized designing with less is the reality for much of the world. It shaped her commitment to making sustainable practices a standard practice wherever she worked. She holds interdisciplinary degrees and training in qualitative research, building performance, and organizational leadership. She has also served on the American Institute of Architect¡¯s Large Firm Roundtable executive sustainability committee.
