Terri is a perfect fit in her project manager role. Driving a project forward efficiently and smoothly while keeping the big picture front and center is something she is widely recognized for. Working on a something the size and scope of SaskPower¡¯s Boundary Dam Integrated Carbon Capture and Storage project with encouraging mentors has allowed her to realize great personal and professional growth. ¡°When the people around you trust in your ability to take on significant work, your confidence in yourself grows,¡± she says.
Terri thrives on building relationships¡ªat work, with clients, and within our community. She¡¯s an active member on the YWCA Regina Board of Directors, past President of the Prairie Winds Community Band, and is continuously looking at new ways to stretch her volunteering activities.? ¡°Giving back to our community organizations and local non-profits can only make our communities a better place to call home,¡± she says.?
