Leading our Transportation Planning group in Vermont, Jacqui provides project management, planning, and public engagement Ãë²¥ on a range of transportation and community development projects. She understands resource limitations faced by rural communities and seeks to provide pragmatic and context-specific transportation improvements. She uses her knowledge of state and hederal funding to help communities move concepts toward action.
Jacqui has worked on sidewalk and intersection scoping studies throughout Vermont. She is currently leading the Waterbury Center Better Connections Multimodal Study. This project aims to improve active transportation and sense of place where there are currently no accommodations for pedestrians or bicyclists, despite Waterbury being a popular tourist destination.
Before joining us, Jacqui worked for the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), the Vermont Agency of Transportation (VTrans), and in communications and community development consulting. This included spending a year living and working in Australia.
Outside of work, Jacqui enjoys playing soccer and ice hockey and loves adventuring with her two young kids.
