Brent began his career with us as a traffic engineer in Winnipeg, Manitoba, before moving to the New York City area to pursue the excitement of big-city life and large-scale projects. Working with our major projects group, he approaches each day with a philosophy to stay a step ahead and responds decisively to any challenge. He believes in teamwork, emphasizing that success or failure is shared as a unit rather than as individuals.
A notable project for Brent includes his work on the Long Island Railroad third track project. He helped navigate the complexities of the massive, interdisciplinary, and fast-paced project within the alternative project delivery environment. The project was successfully delivered on time and under budget, thanks to the team¡¯s strong collaborative relationships with the client (contractor), owner, and third parties impacted by the project.
Away from his project management work, Brent likes reading espionage novels when he isn¡¯t spending time with his wife and son. He also enjoys running, project managing his town home renovation, and baking.
