With a proven track record of delivering multi-year projects under tight schedules and budgets, Jose has been a leader on projects ranging from Program Manager during Preliminary Engineering for Orange County Transportation Authority¡¯s $1.25 billion, 9.3-mile CenterLine Light Rail Transit System; Engineering Oversight Manager for the $2 billion California High Speed Rail¡¯s Construction Package 2-3; and Project Manager for the fast-tracked Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center Project Development for Orange County Transportation Authority.
