With over 20 years of experience as a mechanical designer, Tim specializes in the design of building systems that provide comfort, efficiency, and reliability. He¡¯s worked on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and process cooling systems, focusing on energy performance and system integration.
Tim has provided designs for projects ranging from small renovations to large-scale facilities that serve healthcare, commercial, educational, and research environments. His responsibilities include concept development, load calculations, equipment selection, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions.
When he isn¡¯t refining his mechanical designs, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and kids. He also loves cooking everything¡ªfrom Thanksgiving dinner to a whole hog barbeque¡ªas well as shooting pool, playing guitar, and raising chickens.
