With over 25 years of experience in the water and environment sectors, Natalie brings technical knowledge, strategic leadership, and a focus on empowering high-performing teams. She leads our Water group in Australia, drawing on a background that spans the full asset lifecycle and playing a key role in shaping sustainable water solutions for our communities.
Natalie has contributed to a number of major programs including the Logan Water Partnership, with which she¡¯s been involved for more than 15 years. She¡¯s also served on governance panels for clients such as Sydney Water, Unitywater, the Department of Defence, and Mackay Regional Council. She also contributes to the industry through roles with the Australian Water Association, Consult Australia, and the International Federation of Consulting Engineers.
When she isn¡¯t busy with water efforts, Natalie loves an early morning mountain bike ride or hiking and camping with her family.
