Jeff provides project management, project advice, design and contract administration services on a broad range of projects for both public and private sector clients. Jeff aims to complete all projects with an overall vision of matching the clients¡¯ priorities with existing infrastructure opportunities and constraints, municipal priorities, budgeting considerations and development charge opportunities in an effort to deliver a win-win. He also has a strong technical background and a "hands-on" approach to the design and construction of every project.
With more than 20 years of experience, Jeff is currently the managing lead of the London urban development group.
