As a director of business development for Energy, Niraj¡¯s role involves winning work, building client relationships, and motivating his colleagues to be innovative by bringing in challenging and interesting projects. Out of Calgary, Alberta, he spends a lot of time drafting proposals, networking with our clients, and negotiating rates and contracts.
Niraj's passion for the energy industry drives him to develop sustainable solutions on a daily basis. He¡¯s proud to have been seconded to Enbridge Pipelines as an assistant to the project manager on a bio-diesel blending project, adding that ¡°the experience was extremely valuable in learning more about the owners perspective and the process of doing things.¡±
When he isn¡¯t working, Niraj loves spending quiet time at his home in Douglasdale with his wife Sonal and baby girl Jaiya. He enjoys playing tennis, squash, and poker, and he¡¯s an avid fan of the Toronto Blue Jays and his hometown Calgary Flames.?
