With a tenacity that breathes possibility into everything she does, Elmira has experience in building performance simulation that includes energy modeling, daylighting, and thermal comfort. She¡¯s passionate about user-centered and low-impact environments and has international experience across Canada, Europe, Asia, and Africa.
As a building performance consultant, Elmira develops and validates low-carbon, climate-responsive, sustainable solutions with her multidisciplinary background. Her experience includes sustainability and building performance consulting at both the building and neighborhood scale. She works on a range of design projects including healthcare, industrial, commercial, residential, university, retrofits, architectural installation, and master planning.
When she¡¯s not delivering decarbonization solutions, Elmira likes trying new things¡ªher most recent obsessions are standup paddleboarding, and trapeze. She enjoys being active outdoors connecting with nature, whether it¡¯s backcountry camping, kayaking, or bouldering.
