Chuck¡¯s areas of Ãë²¥ include Section 404/401 permitting; National Environmental Policy Act compliance and document preparation; wetland mitigation assessment, mitigation banking, territorial permitting, and overall regulatory support for impacts to wetlands, streams, and submerged lands.?
Chuck has worked extensively on large-scale projects involving an integrated strategic approach to meet client goals and expectations. He¡¯s also managed a variety of projects that range from the largest single private permit action in Virginia¡¯s history to some of the most complicated utility and infrastructure upgrade and development projects currently being undertaken in the Commonwealth.?
