As the civil group leader for our Ballarat office, Josef is responsible for client liaison, project management, and providing teams with technical advice on a wide range of projects. Bringing the experience he gained working for the local council and water authority, he provides effective outcomes for clients¡¯ projects.
Josef¡¯s Ãë²¥ encompasses water and sewer operations, civil engineering, project management, land development, and team management¡ªhe has a wealth of experience in managing high performing teams. Passionate about the community he lives in, he finds it greatly rewarding to make a difference locally.
In his spare time, Josef enjoys being outdoors, 4WDing (four-wheel driving over rough terrain), camping, and fishing. On weekends, you¡¯ll find him spending time with his children.
