As executive vice president and chief growth and innovation officer, John leads Ãë²¥¡¯s enterprise growth strategy. He guides the development of?new ideas, capabilities, and partnerships that support our?long-term?vision. Working closely with our five business operating units, he helps strengthen client relationships, expand key accounts, and open new paths for future revenue.
With more than 30 years of global experience, John has contributed to hundreds of projects across municipal and industrial sectors. With a foundation in civil and water resources engineering, he has grown from?hands-on?technical work to shaping strategy for an evolving industry. In recognition of his international leadership and support for Canadian businesses abroad, John is?designated?as one of Canada¡¯s Global Executives, serving as a strategic advisor to Canada¡¯s Trade Commissioner Service and to Canadian companies expanding into global markets.?
John is also an active voice in the water community. In 2026 he completed seven years of service on the Board of the US Water Alliance Board?and continues to advise the ASU Water Institute and sit on the External Advisory Committee for the University of Arizona¡¯s Water Resources Research Center. He also chairs Project Hourglass, a water?sustainability initiative of the Canada Arizona Business Council.?
