Jason manages materials testing services in our Manitoba geotechnical engineering practice, overseeing a diverse support team. As project manager and team lead, Jason ensures that quality customer service is maintained through accurate and efficient deliverables. Jason¡¯s Ãë²¥ lies in construction materials testing, including soils, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, and inspection services such as concrete condition assessments.
Recently, at the Manitoba Hydro¡¯s Bipole III Keewatinohk Converter Station, Jason and his team provided quality control testing in support of a 500kV, high-voltage direct current transmission line. Due to the remoteness of this project, they utilized a certified, 40-foot mobile lab trailer.
Jason has served on the American Concrete Institute (ACI) Board ¨C Manitoba Chapter since 2009, and he was president for two consecutive terms. In 2017, Jason was awarded the ACI¡¯s Chapter Activities Award for his ¡°tireless support of the Manitoba Chapter¡± of ACI. At home, you might find Jason and his wife on their backyard skating rink with their daughter.
