Following in his family¡¯s footsteps in architecture, engineering, and construction firms, Wesley chose a career in finance and project controls. As a project controls consultant, he consults with various programs, deploying project management implementation systems (PMIS) such as e-Builder, SharePoint, and Procore to help programs operate more smoothly.
Wesley believes in making a difference in his work where he can help contribute to positive change in communities. Motivated by learning a new skill or enhancing his existing skills every day, he enjoys working with his team of talented individuals who share their large wealth of knowledge and experience.
Whether it¡¯s with his work or in his spare moments, Wesley enjoys a challenge. He used to race cars professionally and he embraces the physical and mental challenges that racing brings¡ªeither at the racetrack or a spirited drive on a winding Southern California road. He also equally loves spending time at home with his family and two dogs.
