Jack¡¯s legacy is etched into the interconnected highways that wind across the Golden State. A seasoned highway engineer, he has spent more than three decades navigating the twists and turns of infrastructure projects.
As the highway design manager for California High-Speed Rail¡¯s Merced to Madera section, Jack is developing the design of the modifications to state highways which are required to construct the high-speed rail project. He¡¯s also responsible for coordinating with and obtaining approval from Caltrans¡ªsomething he¡¯s intimately familiar with as a veteran of the agency. His tenure at Caltrans endowed him with a deep understanding of the state's transportation ecosystem, making him an invaluable asset in infrastructure endeavors.
