Air Products Global Headquarters ¨C Design Services
Building on the strategic direction established through our advisory services, Air Products engaged our design team to deliver a new global headquarters that reflects the company¡¯s growth, culture, and commitment to innovation. The campus serves approximately 2,000 employees and consolidates operations into a flexible, connected workplace environment.
The project includes a nine?story office building and a 130,000?square?foot (12,077?square?metre) research and development facility, supported by a six?story enclosed parking structure with capacity for 1,760 vehicles. Amenities such as a fitness center, landscaped green spaces, and a rooftop solar array reinforce a campus experience that supports both performance and well?being.
Designed for adaptability, the office building features optimized floorplates and column?free workplace zones that accommodate evolving ways of working. Transparency, connection, and collaboration informed the workplace strategy, fostering a strong sense of community across business units.
Sustainability and wellness are integrated throughout the design, from building orientation and solar access to interconnecting stairs that encourage movement and visual connection. The campus aligns with Green Globes and Fitwel principles, delivering a forward?looking headquarters that reflects Air Products¡¯ values and long?term vision.
