Situated at Riverside West, and overlooking the River Aire, we¡¯re just a short walk from the station. Did you know engineering in Leeds helped power the industrial revolution? Head down to Granary Wharf and you can¡¯t miss the colourfully-lit archways of the North Eastern Railway Viaduct. When built in 1869, the viaduct was a ground-breaking piece of engineering¡ªtoday, we¡¯re proud to be doing work that echoes the spirit of this innovative city.
Our team¡¯s experience here spans civil and structural engineering, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, and environmental and geotechnical consultancy. We also have a strong background in transport planning, fire safety, energy, and sustainability, which means we¡¯re well placed to work on landmark projects in the city. Projects like Points Cross¡ªthe largest development in the Guinness Partnership¡¯s 130-year history¡ªwhich is designed to deliver affordable and sustainable homes in a key regeneration area of Leeds.
