As a chartered town planner with over 10 years of experience, Mark has worked on a wide variety of projects from major mixed-use developments to small-scale residential schemes. His extensive understanding of planning policies at both national and local levels, coupled with his strong project management skills, has helped him in a delivering successful projects.
Mark has been instrumental in key projects at the University of Reading¡¯s Thames Valley Science Park, overseeing the creation of a TV studio and the award-winning Shinfield Studios. His involvement included preparing and submitting applications, addressing planning conditions and obligations, and engaging with the local council.
When he isn¡¯t consulting on his latest planning project, Mark enjoys watching and playing sport. He is a supporter of Reading FC and a Formula 1 fan. He also likes to spend time with his family including watching every kid¡¯s programme under the Moon with his daughter and son.
